The Peanut Pickle is the story of Ben, who is like most children his age except for one thing…he’s allergic to peanuts. This book describes how Ben takes control of his peanut allergy in school, at parties, with friends, at t-ball practice, and during the holidays. Kids will learn to follow Ben’s example and speak up about their food allergy. This book teaches children how to deal with difficult and awkward situations that arise when a child has a life-threatening food allergy.

No Lobster, Please! is a colorful and captivating picture book that tells the first-person story of a young boy with a severe seafood allergy. It was written by Robyn Rogers of Norfolk , MA to help her son understand his allergy, and beautifully illustrated by a group of first-grade students.
